The simple, born with talent, the valuable doing talent: teacher skills

The fundamental intention of this scientific article is to reflect on the conceptions about talent as a gift or how to develop in its work, when addressing the skills of a group of university teachers. This research was oriented to the digitalized field exploration in tendency to the netnography research method, for which they were chosen according to the study criteria, through the "video call" application to 5 university professors who were interviewed. depth, emerging a reasonable analysis of phenomenal interpretation in contrast to the version and documentary elements of interest in relation to the theme, estimating the use of a hermeneutical matrix chart highlighting essential aspects that made possible the reconstruction of the object of study, reflecting on the new ways of developing the assessment of teaching talent as a virtual consumer in the university space.
