The results considered aspects such as the digital transformation of companies, globalization and access to markets, logistics and the supply chain, global communication and collaboration, Big Data and Business Analytics, security and privacy, and business innovation. to finish by exemplifying in three blocks the activities that are directly related to the purchase and sale of merchandise at a global level: the financial block, the application to the monitoring and control of merchandise, and the application of ICT from the customs point of view. It is concluded that ICT is a toolbox that has generated an ideal ecosystem for the development of commercial relations between countries, and that the balance lies in the convergence of ICT with the international commercial ecosystem, because it becomes a fundamental driving force. for the transformation and progress of companies.
